1. Healthy people
should drink at least 2 litres of water per day. One sachet will treat
up to one and a half litres effectively. It is better to treat the one
and a half litres all at one time. Do not treat a one litre container
and then just fill it up with water later in the day. You may not get
the same results.
2. People with a health
challenge should drink at least 3 litres of water per day, more if possible.
At least one sachet per litre would be optimal.
3. Drink room temperature
water. Cold water reduces the anti-oxidant potential of the water.
4. Do not drink soft
drinks. They are only 2.5 on the pH scale (our blood has to be at around
7.4 for us to survive). You have to drink 32 glasses of Coral Calcium
water to neutralize the effects of one can of pop.
5. For optimal
results, eat a healthy diet. Sugar, coffee, refined carbohydrates, dairy
products (including cheese), and meat are all very acidic. Be aware of
what you are putting into your body.
6. It is important
to alkalize your mind as well. Any kind of stress - physical, mental or
spiritual - creates acid build-up. Remember to breathe from your belly,
(not shallowly in your chest), take time to relax, and maintain a positive
attitude. The power of your thoughts will actually change the chemistry of
your blood.
